FFiskon Clans

For clans and every branch inside them

Every clan, every branch, one home.

Keep your lineage, your people, your meetings and your contributions together. Name your levels your own way, give each branch its own leaders, and let the family grow without losing its story.

Setup takes a few minutes. New clans are approved before they go live.

Everything a clan needs to stay connected

1

Members & bios

A record and bio for every person, linked families, family heads, and a respectful way to mark a member as passed away.

2

Lineage tree

Omutuba, Onyiriri, Empya, Oluggya, Enju, or your own names. Branches go as deep as your clan does.

3

Subclans & sub-users

Give every branch its own leaders and users, each seeing only what their position allows.

Built for how clans really change

Levels you name. Branches that can move, break away or return.

Your names, not ours

Start from Omutuba, Onyiriri, Empya, Oluggya and Enju, or write your own list. Lineage units such as Empya can be marked permanent so they are never recreated for each generation.

Breakaway, promotion, demotion

A subclan can become a clan, sit under another subclan, or be demoted. History is kept for every move, and billing follows the unit.

Rights by position

Elders, family heads, treasurers and members each get only the rights you give them: for their own unit, or for it and everything below it. Reports follow the same rule.

For your clan’s website

Show your clan to the world, safely

Give your website a key and it can read the clan’s public records: members and bios, galleries, projects and more. A key can also post revenue into the clan, and retries never create duplicates. Private details such as phone numbers and birth dates are never sent.

Quick answers

Can our levels have our own names?+

Yes. Nothing is fixed. You can start from the Buganda template (Omutuba, Onyiriri, Empya, Oluggya, Enju) or name every level yourselves, and rename them later.

What if a subclan wants to break away?+

A subclan can become a clan of its own, move under another branch, or be demoted. Every change is recorded in its history, and billing moves with it.

Who can post information?+

Rights are set per position. A family head can post about their family, elders can announce to their branch, and the clan administrator decides the rest.

What do the extra modules cost?+

The core modules come with every clan. Extra modules are switched on only when you need them and are priced per module. Call or message us for the current price.

Does each clan pay for its own maps?+

Yes. Each clan or level enters its own Google Maps key, so nobody’s usage is billed to someone else.

Can members contribute money?+

Yes. The clan or subclan chooses PayPal, Flutterwave, or manual bank and mobile-money details, depending on the rights it has given.
